Why a Practitioner? â€‹

​

A practitioner is good for the big issues when we need to look a bit deeper.

A practitioner creates a safe space so we can get out of our head and just feel the emotions and

sensations in the body. If memories arise or triggers that hold us back, they are able to guide the session to gently get positive results.

A practitioner has skills to be a great detective and ask specific questions to tease out those

core issues into the open where they can be shifted and released.

How to Tap?

 â€‹

Rate your distress / discomfort out of 10 (10 = most, 0 + none)

State your problem while tapping on side of hand point - 'Even though I feel... I accept myself anyway'

Tap through all 8 EFT points while saying the main feeling (eg.; stressed)

Take a comfortable breath and re-rate your distress out of 10
