Why do I need an EFT Practitioner ?​

​

An EFT practitioner is especially helpful when you’re facing deeper or more complex issues that are hard to navigate on your own or if you are not sure what to start Tapping on.

Gai offers a safe, supportive space that helps you move out of your busy mind and into the emotions and sensations held in the body. If memories or triggers come up that may be holding you back, and maybe confronting, Gai can guide the session to gently get positive results.

With her expertise she is a skilled “detective”—to know how to ask the right, specific questions to uncover the core issues beneath the surface. Once those underlying patterns are brought into the open, they can be shifted, released, and healed.​​

How to Tap?

 â€‹

Rate your distress / discomfort out of 10 (10 = most, 0 + none)

State your problem while tapping on side of hand point - 'Even though I feel... I accept myself anyway'

Tap through all 8 EFT points while saying the main feeling (eg.; stressed)

Take a comfortable breath and re-rate your distress out of 10
